Famed Calgary defence lawyer Alain Hepner once stated that a lot of bad people wear suits, they don't have to have long hair, earrings or tattoed arms, and Alain Hepner is dead right.

OUR PURPOSE:

The purpose of this site is to expose the rotten apples and corruption within the Calgary Police Service. And make no mistake it exists. This site will focus on seven criminal investigations and the lengths that the Calgary Police Service will go to, in order to prevent the details surrounding those investigations from coming out. This includes the police knowingly allowing criminal acts to go unpunished, including those committed by Calgary Police Officers.

I truly believe that in time after the Office of the Solicitor General, the Office of the Attorney General, numerous other Government Agencies and citizens review this website, meet with John Kelly, and have access to the many supporting documents, they will have no choice but to immediately instigate an investigation into the Calgary Police Service.

Many of your taxpaying dolllars are not being spent on putting officers on the streets of Calgary to fight crime. They are being spent on high priced lawyers doing whetever is required, to stop the corrupt and rotten apples from within the Calgary Police Service from paying for their criminal acts and wrongdoings.

The Chief has utilized likeminded members of the Calgary Police Service to assist him in covering up the corruption and criminal activity. One of those members is A/Ssgt Hackl who until recently was a member of the Professional Standards Section. When asked why he was doing, what he was doing, Hackl said;

" I am in a para-military organization and have to follow orders "

This is A/Ssgt Hackl's excuse and reasoning why he was knowingly commiting wrongdoings, commiting criminal acts, ignoring the Calgary Police Regulations and the Alberta Police Act, because he is in a para-military organization.

Many police officers recently testified under oath in an appeal held before the Law Enforcement Review Board of Alberta. Including Detective Reid Mercer, Detective Gerry Lang, Superintendant Ken Marchant, Inspector Brian Whitelaw, Ssgt Greg Johnson, Ssgt Joel Matthews, Detective Ken Carriere, Detective Steve Patterson retired, all of the Calgary Police Service..

Other subpoeanas were also authorized compelling the attendance at the hearing of the City Solicitor Paul Tolley, Bryce Code City legal dept, Terry Brooker, Shane McGurk. This does not include the witnesses who were willing to appear without being compelled.

DETECTIVE REID MERCER: His testimony was self damning and proved that Mercer is the epitomy of a corrupt police officer. Mercer was the lead Detective in what was suppposed to be 2 criminal investigations. One was a criminal complaint of fraud, theft and mismanagement of funds at the Calgary Soccer Federation. And the second was multiple charges of perjury. More to Follow

DETECTIVE GERRY LANG: was Mercers Partner. The lawyers for the police are attempting to have Lang portrayed as an unwitting partner, who had limited knowledge of what was going on. He saw no evil, heard no evil, and spoke no evil, and that was what he testified to.

DETECTIVE ERNIE ROBSON: The lawyers and the police are trying to portray Detective Ernie Robson as a patsy. In that Robson was only the intake Officer. However Robson was an accomplice in the preparation and the execution of fabricating documents and submitting false statements, and Robson further lied and attempted to mislead by manipulating police notes.
